MorePeople are delighted to announce that Janet Lee has joined MorePeople as an Associate Director.

Janet is joining us to head up the provision of our recruitment solutions into the UK retail sector. She has a wealth of experience and expertise drawn from a career that spans over 20 years in retail, the last 18 with Tesco PLC. After starting out as a wine technologist with ASDA Janet quickly moved on into a wine buying role before joining Tesco as Wine Buying controller. For the last 13 years her career has been focused on marketing and some of her most notable achievements have been the launch of the Tesco Finest sub brand, marketing the roll out of Tesco Direct and the management, and development, of the Tesco.com website.

Guy Moreton and Ian Merton will continue to work alongside Janet on selected projects with our existing retail clients. However, we recognise that this is a specialist area and Janet’s appointment now provides a clear focal point within MorePeople for our retail clients and ensures that we have the capacity to tailor our recruitment services to meet the specific needs of this key sector.

Utilising her extensive retail and marketing expertise Janet will also be helping the MorePerformance team to develop further the innovative range of training and development programmes that we offer to all our clients.
