At the awards ceremony, Matthew Bent of Bent's garden Centre was crowned MorePeople Young Retailer of the Year for 2007. Awarded to the individual apprentice or trainee under 35 who has shown outstanding aptitude for and commitment to the role or sector in which they are trained the judges said 'Matthew has taken innovation to a new level with the Open Skies planteria concept.  The centre is in good hands with Matthew at the helm'.
